Soft washing is not as widely known as its similar counterpart, pressure cleaning. However, we prefer to use this method on 90% of our exterior surfaces because of its improved ability to clean surfaces and keep them that way for longer by preventing the growth of mold and mildew. Traditional pressure cleaning involves a small amount of water applied with a significant amount of force that can inadvertently cause streaking and even damage the siding of your home. With soft washing, we apply a soapy solution that kills mold and mildew on contact. We wait until all presence of mold is completely killed before rinsing off the soapy solution with a high volume of water applied at a lower pressure. Killing the mold before removing it is what sets us apart. With traditional methods of pressure cleaning, it can grow back in as little as two months!
